Website terms
The basics about using this site and contacting Jerry.
Last updated: 13 August 2026.
Information, not professional advice
This site explains Jerry’s coaching service in general terms. It does not give medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. It is not a crisis service.
Sending a message does not start coaching
Viewing the site or contacting Jerry does not create a coaching relationship. Before coaching begins, you and Jerry must agree on the work, confidentiality and its limits, practical arrangements, fees, cancellation terms and any other conditions that apply.
Results
What someone gets from coaching depends on their choices and circumstances. Jerry does not promise a particular personal, business, health or financial result.
Your legal rights
These terms do not limit any consumer right or remedy that the law applying to you says cannot be waived.
Site content
Unless the page says otherwise, the original writing, branding and design belong to Jerry O’Hanlon Coaching. You may link to a public page or keep a personal copy. Please ask before using the material commercially.
Links to other sites
Jerry does not control an outside site simply because this site links to it. The other site is responsible for its own content, availability and privacy practices.
Availability
Jerry takes reasonable care of the site, but cannot promise that it will always be available or free of technical errors.
